To me, everyone is to blame, especially federal, because in the end, its who controling the money and where the money is allocated --- I don't see any one black man having that type of power, do you? <BR/><BR/>What happened is that black folks died in public, nothing new, and no one seems to give a damn, that is, until the levee broke, in public. Now they are all trying to cover their asses. <BR/><BR/>But not to worry, this too shall be swept quietly into the background. Who's fault will that be I wonder, mines? Or all of us.
